NCOZ charges in the Xixoio case: 2,931 clients, 353M CZK damages
Czech police charged two people and one company with fraud in the Xixoio case (December 2023): 2,931 injured clients, damages calculated at 353+ million CZK, up to 10 years' imprisonment on conviction. Reporting names founder Richard Watzke and board chairman Henry Ertner as those detained; investigators allege customers were offered false appreciation via 'the XIXOIO ecosystem' and misled about the project's progress and results.
