Nick Shirley Promoting Polymarket while "investigating" fraud

In Fern's documentary, Shirley is shown bringing up Polymarket often, including wearing Polymarket clothing in his Minnesota fraud videos. In one of those videos, he mentions a 35% chance on the site that the people accused of fraud would be deported to Somalia. Fern reports that a Polymarket executive transferred him thousands of dollars, and that the same executive reportedly paid influencers through a PayPal account. Shirley, Polymarket and the executive didn't respond to Fern's requests for comment. A Polymarket spokesperson told Politico that working with influencers is a standard part of its business.
