Why they're listed

Co-founder and CEO of iMarketsLive, rebranded IM Mastery Academy and later IYOVIA — a forex/crypto 'education' MLM. In 2025 the FTC and the State of Nevada sued Terry and his companies, alleging false and baseless earnings claims were used to sell trading 'academies' and an MLM business venture, with worldwide consumer harm put at more than $1.2 billion. A federal court granted a preliminary injunction in August 2025, and in May 2026 the lead defendants — including Chris and Isis Terry — agreed to surrender roughly $90 million in assets to settle the charges. The CFTC had already fined the company $150,000 in 2018 for unregistered trading activity. The pattern regulators describe: young people recruited on social media with luxury-lifestyle marketing, paying monthly subscriptions for courses whose real product was recruiting the next subscriber.

A federal court granted a preliminary injunction in August 2025, and in May 2026 the FTC announced the lead defendants, including founders Chris and Isis Terry, will surrender assets valued at nearly $90 million to settle. Receipts below: the FTC's own press releases and case page, plus the 2018 CFTC fine.
