Once the biggest crypto YouTuber — 'BitBoy Crypto' peaked around 1.4M subscribers and reportedly $500k/month. A leaked rate card and his own admissions documented paid promotion of crypto projects at up to $40,000 per video, several of which later collapsed; he even paid investigator ZachXBT $10,000 after his undisclosed promos were exposed. Ousted from his own brand in 2023, he was arrested livestreaming outside a former partner's house over a disputed Lamborghini. The CFTC has subpoenaed his former company in a fraud probe covering tokens including his own BEN token, which investors have separately sued over. In February 2026 Kevin O'Leary won a $2.8M defamation judgment against him, and he faces felony charges over written threats directed at a judge.
